Day 2 - Near The End Of The Boat Trip
[After her meeting with Axel and Leorio, Ema goes by the open bar and grabs a cocktail napkin. Checking to make sure nobody sees her, she quickly writes a short message on it in blocky letters.]
VOTE TSURUYA - DETECTIVE.
[She hides the napkin in her pocket, then waits until Robin is alone before going over to Robin and saying in a very quiet voice:]
I'm going to get some more fruit salad. You should come with me and pick up the note on the napkin I'm going to lay on the table. Then when we vote you can take it out and say you just found it lying on the buffet table. Sound good?

Day 2 - On the Boat
[It takes a while get Axel alone, but Ema manages it somehow. Once she's sure that no one else will be able to hear them talk, she starts talking.]
So, uh, do you want the good news or the less good news first? Because I've got both.

Day 1 - Before Light's Out
[It's aboout an hour after the trial when Ema goes in search of Greg, so she can show him how to do forensic tests and proper court procedure. She's hoping it won't take too long to find him. How many places could a little boy and his pet frog be, anyway?]
Day 1 - After the Trial
[Ema does her best to catch Robin after the trial and to draw her aside to somewhere private. Once she has, she says:]
Scientifically speaking, this is probably a really terrible idea, but I just spent that entire trial painting a metaphorical Eject Me sign on my head... so I really need to know: can I trust you? Can you look me in the eye and tell me you aren't a spy?
